Refund policy

• Refunds and returns can be processed within a 14 day period of receiving a Wick Inc product. This is subject to the Wick Inc product being unused and received back to us in the same condition as sent out. If the Wick Inc product has been used (for example the candle has been lit), unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on this item. Before sending your Wick Inc product back to us for a refund, please email us beforehand so we can expect your package. If your request falls in line with this refund and return policy, your funds should be reimbursed within 5 working days.
