Checking criteria

Here at Wick Inc., we use 2nd hand bottles for the majority of our candles. Due to this, some bottles we received may be marked on have blemishes on the label.
We have a strict checking process and will only allow a candle to be made if there is a blemish on it when it meets the following criteria:
- mark/blemish on the front label is less than 5mm and does not impact the "name" of the brand
- back labels do not fall into this checking criteria as many restaurants and pubs intentionally mark back labels for stock taking purposes, and our candles are designed to be viewed and enjoyed from the front.
If there is a label blemish, the checking team will add in a discount code off your next purchase.
